MUFFIN TIN MONDAY: SNOW

I've noticed that some other moms/bloggers do a "Muffin Tin Monday" meal every Monday, so I've started doing it, too! It's so fun! I even found the perfect "muffin tin" at a garage sale awhile back that is perfect! Anyway, some Mondays are just random, no theme, I just put her lunch in the muffin tins. Other days, like today have a definite theme. We went with snow and snowmen today: snowman PBJ, vanilla yogurt, cottage cheese, marshmallows, apple juice box wrapped like a snowman, and cheese stick snowman.

The cheese stick snowman was by far her favorite one. I had asked for "edible markers" for Christmas and have been having so much fun with them. The scarf is made from fruit leather.
