PUNKIN'S NEW WREATH

I found this idea at "Something to Do" to make a wreath out of tulle. I had quite a bit of purple tulle left over from something else, so I decided to make one for Punkin's room. It turned out so cute, even though I ended up cutting a circle out of cardboard to use for it because I couldn't find anything else, and I ended up having to go get MORE tulle. It was so easy to make, though....just tie pieces of tulle around the circle! My kind of project!
